solution was to clean out and patch all the exterior cracks, Then apply a
coat of masonry conditioner to insure adhesion and finish with two coats of
Elastomeric paint which is a high build rubberized coating designed to protect
masonry substrates from moister intrusion and prevent the return of surface
cracks.
